We are collecting information from HUD-assisted individuals impacted by the failure of HUD and its partners to enforce Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (24 CFR 75). Section 3 requires that employment, training, and contracting opportunities be made available to low-income individuals. However, many entities have not upheld this requirement, despite certifying compliance.

By completing this form, you express interest in joining a complaint against HUD and other agencies for failing to provide the economic opportunities promised under Section 3.
